Caboose at North Ave?

I was driving north on the Kennedy Saturday morning and saw a bright orange caboose in the yard at North Ave.  I had to keep my eyes on the road because of traffic and didn't get to see the markings.  Anyone know where it was from?

I wonder if it's this guy.  It's been used in MOW service for some time.  This picture is from last November.  (I'd assume it's used between the North Ave Yard, where things are stored, and Ravenswood, where the work was being done.
