I get out of class at DePaul at 11:40 AM every Tuesday and Thursday, and I made up my mind to find the Terminal running around this Thursday. Is there a usual place that they can be found around this time? I\'ll probably be on the road about noon...

Just follow the line, if they are out you will find them.
Last year they were leaving North Ave. yard around 11:00AM.
After that, they could be anywhere depending on how much switching they have, and if that swing bridge actually swings!!
You may want to drive past North Ave. yard to see if they are even running first.
