Does anybody know when International Salt was turned into a marina? Only the warehouse building is left and the yard is full of boats.

I recall seeing stored boats there last year too at the old AKZO Salt/International Salt complex.  My guess is the marina is a temporary use of the mostly vacant property until the developer finds something more profitable to do with the land.
