BNSF paid to remove contaminated soil and taking up and paving over the spur to H Kramer.  It might explain why Kramer stopped receiving shipments by rail a few years ago as the contaminated land under the spur was targeted for removal and cleanup.

You can see former shortline operator Central Illinois switching out Kramer which required using a tail track to the west of the plant.  Kramer is located at 1345 W 21st St, Chicago, IL 60608.
