Any idea on what is going on with Hannah Engineering Bldg on Elston by bridge?

Going down Cortland you can see the building is completely gutted like it is in the process of being renovated. Maybe it is a new business that can be serviced by rail?

That would be nice to have rail service return but it would be tough without the tail track that once ran across Willow Street.  The two spurs that entered the Hanna Engineering Building off this lead required reverse moves to reach, using the tail track to clear the switches.
