Went over to check on the track repairs. The track has new ties and ballast. The switch is either new or been turned around. At Elston Ave, the switcher was returning from making a delivery to the lumber company.

Yes, it looks like they reactivated the second track over the Elston bridge perhaps?  If you compare to the arial photo on google it is opposite of that if the pictures are facing the way I think they are.  Not sure why they would go to the trouble of this unless something else is going on.  Might be worth further investigation!
