I guess this is technically off-topic but.. does anyone know how this planned route would affect Chicago? Is it the CNW/UP North we\'re talking about here or the MILW North ROW?

I\'m sure there\'s more information elsewhere, but as they mention Union Station as a terminus, they\'re probably thinking about the current AMTRAK routing. Which means it\'s not really high speed rail, just faster than today.
