Pickens Kane gone?

This looks like it is old news but has anybody else heard if Pickens Kane is leaving the island?

Wonder who owns the ROW in the middle.

And here's my answer...

Looks like they've got some time to get out.  Changes, however, will be coming by the sound of it.

The Pickens-Kane building on Goose Island was originally a warehouse for the long-gone department store chain Wieboldt's.  It competed against Montgomery Ward, Sears, and Zayre at the budget end of the market vs. Marshall Field's for example.
