The overview photo is wonderfully atmospheric of 1930's Chicago. We're looking over Wolf Point and the present day location of the Apparel Center. The camera is on one of the top floors of the North American Cold Storage Building, a Milwaukee Road customer. Compare the condition of the Bascule Bridge with the later photos of it on this site.
