I\'ve just joined as a memeber but have been checking out this fantastic website for a number of years now. I see we have an overseas member from Australia, I just wondered whether anyone in the UK looks in on a regular basis?

Sorry its taken so long to reply - work unfortunately getting in the way of hobbies again!

I haven\'t come across anything like this site this side of the pond but we have very little switching and street running action compared to you guys. The closest to the northside ops in the UK, I would say, is the Trafford Park railway system in Manchester but from what I read with the exception of short branch handling intermodal traffic is currently out of use.
