Is this in Chicago or Milwaukee. The interurban cars remind of Milwaukee.

Could be anywhere, really, unless there\'s some context at the You Tube site. Doesn\'t look interurban to be, though; isn\'t that a diesel on the right end? If it is, it\'s not clear what it\'s pulling.

That\'s downtown Milwaukee looking south from what is probably an upper level room at the Marc Plaza Hilton. The North Shore Line station is to the right or west out of view. Several NSL cars are on storage tracks. The street intersection where the train is crossing would be Clybourn and North 2nd Street. (Yes, Milwaukee has its own Clybourn).
The former Everett Street Milwaukee Road station would be to the left or east.

The hotel was actually known as the Hotel Schroeder back in those days from which the picture was taken.
