Another note...Big Bay Lumber's website features the cars in the street.  http://bigbaylumber.com/Big_Bay_Lumber_Company.html  Wonder if they use train service as lower rates to attract customers.

Good catch.  It's interesting that they refer to unloading railcars off their own spur when they have not used their own spur since at least the early 1980s.  Cars are unloaded right on the main track in the street as well all know.
