Great, rare picture on the Dunning Line especially. The photo shows a train paused just south of Diversey. To the left or west of the train is the spur to Chicago Steel Rule. My guess is that the crew was waiting for the gate to be unlocked at the end of the spur to pick up an empty car. The track north of Diversey was used as a tail track.
