Carrol St and Racine

Carrol street at Racine is being repaved. The rails that were in the street are now exposed.
Spotted this Friday night while passing by.

I didn't even know there were tracks in this area, but if you look on street view, there's at least two different pairs.  One led to the building on the southeast corner, and it looks like the other runs down Carroll.  Anyone know the name of the business that used to be rail served there?
