Title: Grand Ave. Yard fence

Caught the switch job at Tribune at 10:30 am on Thursday.  Went down to film and found that the accessible part of the yard in front of the Salvation Army has been fenced off.  Makes it much harder to take pics/film.

I take it you're talking about at the corner of Ohio and Des PLaines streets?  I wonder who complained to whom.

Yes, that corner.  Tribune does have a new security company, but I'm guessing that the yard is Union Pacific property.
