Title: Car accident in Tribune Yard

Hello all,

I heard in the news yesterday about a young woman becoming paralyzed after a car she was in went over the Erie st. ramp and fell 25 feet down into the Tribune Yard. 
Attached is the link to the Chicago Tribune article about it. Im sure there's some video reports about it on some of the local news station websites as well.

Sad story.  I wonder what they were doing there?
