Peerless shut down seven years ago this month.  Hopefully this picture will bring back better memories.

Boy time flies. Passed by there the other day and seeing all the building that has already covered parts of the old rail line leading up to Fullerton and beyond. Seems like not to long ago the new owner was sitting on the spur with his passenger car.

Here's video footage I shot of the Iowa Pacific (owner of Chicago Terminal) excursion train heading back from the former Peerless spur.  It's mute (for now) since one of the executives of Iowa Pacific was on the platform alongside me and I did not want to post his private comments.
