On my way home from O\'Hare last night,I saw an empty centerbeam lumber car at Lee Lumber...Might have been a lull in the action,but at least they are not shut down...

I noticed last Friday around 5 PM that the switcher was not at North Ave. Yard.  Drove around and didn\'t see him anywhere.  I assumed the worse, so this is good to hear!!

On September 14th, there was another centerbeam lumber car...So,perhaps Lee Lumber was clearing out some inventory and making room for some \'fresh\' products...But at least there is still rail activity...
