Title: 1960s photo location?

Can anyone ID the location of this photo?  I'm thinking the Kennedy, but could be wrong.

Thanks Doug.  I'm excited to see those spurs back in the day.  I found rails on the ground at this location behind the movie theater on the west side of Western a few years ago:

Mike-

I know that into the early 1990s the C&WN serviced a chemical plant that was on the west side of Elston in this area.  It was across the street from a Handy Andy store (sort of like Home Depot now).  I wish I had taken pictures of the tank cars lined up there.
